She doesn't like robots

After a long hiatus of work overload, I'm finally back on the lighter side of life.

I decided to do Dr. 9 again because I had quite a bit of fun last time with her. She's a fan concept made for a game going by the name Super Monday Night Combat.

Also, I tried out a new style again which is pretty much the same cel shading except with way bolder outlines. I might try a bit more of this and see how it works out.

Tool used was Photoshop.
