Witch with a Katana

It's been a while since I've sat down and worked properly on a piece. I figured I should change that more.

My OC, Rene - details still not as clear as I want them to be.

I prefer pure cel-shading, but I find extra softening does always do the job better when it comes to artsy stuff.

Photoshop was used.
